![]() As the world of robotics continues to flourish and develop, errors and problems occur more often. These errors and problems are all part of the evolutionary aspects of these robots; but these errors must be solved. One way we can achieve the resolution of these troubles is through testing, experimenting, and data collecting in various ways. From this we can conclude what additions must be added and what errors should, and can, be removed. The first of these experiments includes an obstacle course, in which a simulated lawn, with various barriers and complications display the necessary additions that will later create the Inteliverde. In order to discover the flaws and errors within the current Robomower, we have a specific lawn, set up with trees, balls, rocks, tools, flower pots, and hoses (the basic average household equipment that may be present on the lawn) to test how well the current Robomower will fair in these conditions. After various tests with this Robomower on the simulated lawn, we have encountered many errors (see our ideas/solutions). These include the inability to cut long grass and its limited mobility. As we attempt to solve these problems using our own ideas in the next section, we attempt to create a better and new improved automated robot, the Inteliverde. The second of these experiments includes the aspects of extreme conditions, thus allowing the Inteliverde to run in almost any whether, and on a strict timing system. Through extreme temperatures, below freezing and near one hundred degrees Celsius, we’ve concluded that this robot works best in prime climates, thus we must allow the Inteliverde to push past the normal climate barriers. Through overuse and timing sequences, we have also concluded that the average duration of the batteries is about 3.1 hours. By using many other sources of power energy (as related to in our ideas). The third experiment includes an environmental test. This test will examine the effects of different terrain toward the current robotic lawnmower. By researching and testing the best methods for cutting and moving, we can optimize the Inteliverde. Over various tests, we have concluded that long grass presents a serious predicament toward successfully cutting a lawn. And steep and low graded hills also provide major difficulties in cutting lawns. To correct these deficiencies we have created many solutions (see our ideas). By optimizing on the current Robomower, we are essentially creating a visualized robot. This robot is intended to provide society with a more effective and available product. This robot is the Inteliverde. |
