The purpose of this task was to:

• Research present technology related to agriculture.
• Design a robot that will be able to complete all the tasks related to managing a farm.
• Develop a solution to the problems of pesticide overuse and environmental damage.

Numerous scientists seem to believe we are at the doorstep of the next great scientific revolution. At the center of this maelstrom of innovation is the ever growing field of technology. Technology has become instrumental in almost all our daily activities and has emerged as the epicenter of the science world. As more and more technology becomes readily available for use, we as the inhabitants of the planet, hold a responsibility to implement our knowledge and resources to assist our environment. Numerous factors have contributed to the depletion and exhaustion of the Earth’s ozone layer as well as the cumulative health of the Biosphere. Advances in the technological field have made solving much of our environment’s predicaments a realistic possibility. Much of our problems arise from the abuse of fossil fuels and chemicals in the agricultural industry. In this website we will explore a multitude of solutions for our environmental predicament and will propose new, more efficient means of farming in our modern world.
