Project Botball
At the invitation of Carnegie Mellon University (Qatar), Doha College
registered for the 2006 Botball tournament. Our first team
consists of 5 students from years 7 and 8 mentored by Mr. Fernandez,
Head of E-learning at DC.
Our challenge this year is to build 2 robots that are
capable of picking up a series of colored balls of different sizes
within a competition arena. We
then have to place the balls in our team's home zone. The
competition will take place in City Centre (Doha) on Saturday 27th May
2006.
