All of our successes and acheivements during this 2005-2006 school year could not have been possible without the help of our mentors, advisors, teachers, parents and fellow students. We'd like to take this chance to express our gratitude for all the guidance that we've received over the past few months.
To Mr. Smith, Mr. Lopez and Mr. Hennel: Your presence at our meetings was appreciated more than you'll ever know. You always kept us thinking about different ways to accomplish our goals. We would like to thank you for everything that you've helped us with this year, you've inspired everyone to continue on despite the challenges that always seem to arise to meet us. Hopefully we can prove to you that the extra time that you let us stay after school has paid off!
To our other teachers, parents and mentors: As we've said before, even the small things help us in great ways. Whether you chaperoned DDR Night, baked cookies to help us raise money, financially helped us out, or anything else, we appreciate the time and effort that you have given to our team. We can assure you that the unconditional support that you've given to our team will not be forgotten, and it has helped to strengthen and motivate our team throughout the year.
To Mrs. Conaty and friends at NASA: First, we would like to thank you for your insight and advice with the Research and Design Website Challenge. It only made sense to run our ideas about our lunar module by you, and it benefited us greatly! We would also like to thank you for allowing us to visit and tour the Goddard Space Flight Center. We've all agreed that it was one of the best field trips that we've been on, and seeing what goes on behind the scenes at NASA was greatly rewarding to our team!
To the students of NDP and our other supporters: Be assured that your encouragement and aid do not go unnoticed! We certainly appreciate our fellow students and their support. We'd especially like to thank the girls that attended our DDR Night fundraiser. Hopefully we've inspired some of our peers to follow in our footsteps and join the Robotics Club in the near future!
