The botball team of Needham High School stems from the robotics club, and is all-inclusive, open and excited for new young members ready to explore technology and build robots that compete against other robots. Each year, the KISS institute for practical robots creates a task that the team's robot must complete. This tasks involves points that can be recived or detracted from a team's total score. Two teams match up against eachother on a specialized game board, and the team which collects the most points advances to the next round of the bracket-style tournament. Anyone interested can come to see Mr. Batra in room 803, or come to a meeting on Monday or Thursday. |
